Phil mentions that Ryan Adams couldnt be here tonight due to food poisoning, but he will rejoin the band tomorrow. There was an empty mic stand and monitor set up right next to Joan, so it was obvious that they had planned for Ryan Adams to be there. Phil introduces the band, and forgets John Molo. Molo shouts something to Phil, then they crack up laughing, Phil introduces Molo, they hug and laugh

Subject: Great sound!

Glad I'm getting this show. The Cold Rain & Snow sounds great. Unbroken Chain is out of this world & Gimme Shelter is undescribable.
Great stuff , 4 stars from me . I think they could have thrown a dark star in there.

Outstanding AUD recording. I wasn't paying attention and thought it was a soundbaord when I first put it on. I like this line-up.

Subject: Night TWO of a Grate Three Nite Run!

I took the last week of the year off made the Exodus back to my home away from home and where it all began. Night One The Old Fillmore-Far-Out!This night it was pouring rain like Louisiana and 45 MPH winds on Market St. Took me about 40 Minutes to cop a ticket and dry off once inside the Warfield. Now I'm a GD Class of "69.Alot of us stopped going to shows when the fatman moved through the curtain; not me. They opened with Cold Rain & Snow of course! Joan tore up Gimme Shelter, New Speedway Boogie and her song Sweet Illusions.Phil's voice was beautiful on Unbroken Chain. The Jams were tighter than nite one and to the point. Now realize you got Dylan's Lead guitarist Larry C. up there with Barry Sless (veteran Lead Guitarist, Ryan Adams and Phil on Lead Bass! Now that's alot of guitars (we had twin petal steels on stage; Barry & Larry both play!) Larry had a fiddle, mandolin, telecaster, stratocaster). Rob's singing came right from his soul and Love of this Music. This Show was up there in the top two Phil & Friends shows I've ever seen & heard. "Phil Bombs" were many & felt wonderful. Everyone walking up to strangers just to shake there hand...Jerry's gone but his Music & Spirit lives on. GET OFF the couch & get to a show! You won't regret it! Hope you had a Jerry Xmas & a Hippie Bob Weir! ~(-<) Peace, Cactus Pete

Subject: Nice, nice, nice

There is something that works for me here. The jams are very nice, the set selection is great, and this group of friends sounds good together. The sound is a little muddy, but sounds pretty good when you CRANK IT UP!!!
I'm even starting to warm up to Joan.
Looking forward to 2006.

Subject: Unbroken Chain!

Unbroken Chain of great Phil line-ups. The Audience recording is above average compared to others I've heard, nice setlist and a driving Unbroken Chain!
